By accessing and using LyricsVid ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

LyricsVid is a web-based platform that allows users to create lyric videos by uploading .lrc lyrics files, background videos, and audio files (.mp3). The Service enables users to generate, download, and schedule publication of lyric videos for social media platforms, including TikTok.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service, including but not limited to lyrics files, audio files, and background videos ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant LyricsVid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Process, store, and use your User Content to provide the Service
  • Generate lyric videos based on your User Content
  • Store generated videos for download and scheduling purposes

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and authorize LyricsVid to use all User Content in accordance with these Terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any laws
  • Upload content containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Use the Service to create content that violates TikTok's or any other platform's terms of service
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

6. TikTok Integration

If you use the Service to schedule or publish content to TikTok, you agree to comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. LyricsVid is not responsible for any content that violates TikTok's policies or results in account suspension or termination.

7. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law

8. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LyricsVid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LyricsVid, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LyricsVid operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
